Join Chef Paul in the kitchen for a hands-on lesson in creating some of our most delicate and beautiful tea sandwiches. Following the lesson Chef Paul and staff will serve you a full tea service in our dining room:

How Chef Paul throws a party...
Every Showcase Dinner includes:
An amazing menu based on the event theme. One month it may be a 7 course dinner and the next a Caribbean buffet. The options are endless.
One glass of a specialty beverage chosen to pair with the menu items. Often this is a regional wine or a creative cocktail. In addition to the beverage included in your meal there is a wine and beverage list for you to choose from.
The room is dressed for the occasion. Each showcase dinner features a collection of rental items to match the event theme. The chairs you sit in to the dishes you eat from, even the centerpieces are matched to the occasion and available for rental if you would like to recreate the event in your own home or venue.
The price for this event varies with the menu and event theme.
Menus, prices and event dates are posted on our website and in store. If you attend a showcase dinner and choose to recreate it in your home the price per person will be the same as the dinner you attended.
